For this customer, Seiya did a dark grayge colour with highlights! According to stylist Seiya’s account of the process, he did up this colour by first inserting bleach highlights into this lady’s hair, followed by a once-over, full-head grayge colouring. Highlights-wise, he added about 30-odd sections of highlights, so it’s actually quite a time-intensive (and somewhat pricey) style despite its relatively simple appearance.

Highlights are quite frequently used by our stylists here at Art-Noise to add contrast and dimension to our customers’ tresses, and is a useful tool for enhancing one-colour styles. So for those of you seeking to get a style change, but would prefer to keep within a certain range of colours, why not give such highlight styles a try next time? 🙂 Do note, however, that bleach is involved 99.99% of the time, so home care on your end will be key in keeping your precious tresses in good condition!
