Keratin Treatment Experience! (Day 1)

Hello everyone!

Today I shall share my experience with the keratin treatment that I did yesterday :>

The last time I rebonded my hair was at the start of the year so my hair has grown out pretty much and my hair has the tendency to end up in waves so I was getting frustrated at maintaining the shape of my hair ):
So I got a chance to try out a keratin treatment and I had my reservations because I have heard that some types of keratin treatment makes the hair really straight and stiff so I wasn’t sure if that would happen to my hair.

However, after listening to the explanation and how this keratin treatment is different because not only does it not harm or damage the hair, it just creates more bonds within the hair strands so that the hair is more obedient and smoother. The best part was when I tried blow drying my own hair after the process – my hair was so much easier to blow! And now my hair has its frizziness (from my natural waves) suppressed and it looks like I still have my hair rebonded ^^

It’s a good method for those who are afraid of constantly rebonding their hair because rebonding is ultimately a chemical service so the hair might get damaged over time if the heat from the flat iron is too hot (resulting in heat damage to the hair) or if the process isn’t done properly. Even as we say this, for those who really like slick, straight hair, we would still recommend that you stick to rebonding services and go for normal treatments (like our detox treatment) and engage in proper hair care at home as well. For those who have never rebonded their hair and would like to try out the keratin treatment, it would be good to stick to just the keratin treatment.

Of course, the keratin treatment is only a treatment and not a chemical service so the hair would not be as straight as when you rebond your hair since the keratin treatment only helps you to suppress the frizz and allow for you to do handle your hair with better control (:
