The customer actually wanted a more bluish-toned purple, but taking into consideration the existing condition of her hair, and the fact that her hair was dyed a reddish colour previously, I suggested a more pinkish purple to help with offsetting the yellowish tones in her hair. |

I was glad to have been able to help her achieve a colour close to her desired one. As this customer's hair has been bleached before, and thus can take up a greater variety of colours, I'd like for her to enjoy more colours (in the future), even if it's only the inner colour of her hair that she usually changes. |
