Hello everyone, how has your day been today? Today I will be introducing one of our hairstylists, Hiroe-san.

Hiroe-san has been working with us since we opened our branch in Singapore since our opening in September last year. She is a very talented hairstylist with a deep passion in cutting, styling and doing everything you can possibly imagine with your hair! She has performed perming and rebonding for customers countless times as well and she has even received feedback from her customers, both Japanese and local for her excellent skills!

According to our customers, Hiroe-san is a very friendly and understanding hairstylist. She always tries her best to fulfill her customers’ requests and provides relevant advice to her customers when necessary, especially when customers request for something that may not be most appropriate or may be too damaging for their hair condition.

Even though sometimes there may be a slight language barrier with non-Japanese customers in trying to understand their requests, Hiroe-san has also made every effort to upgrade herself. Together with the other hairstylists Kanako and Daisuke, they have been sacrificing their off-days to attend English classes just to make themselves more communicable to their non-Japanese speaking customers! Isn’t that so admirable?
