“一期一会 (ichi-go, ichi-e)”. It is a Japanese concept that reminds us to sincerely appreciate that meeting as if meeting with a person is the only encounter.

Here at Art-Noise, we have this concept in mind. When a customer visits with hair, we listen very carefully and help them find the best one for their customer.

Also, we do not recommend services only for the sake of recommendation. We have your interests in mind. For example, if a customer wants a perm, but determines that the condition of their hair is unsuitable, it is better to wait longer before perming. (e.g. if you want to increase the volume of your hair). We recommend layering and hair styling, not perms.)

With this mentality, hairdressers can work vigorously even after long hours of work. 🙂
