Things to note about hair before going to a hair salon.

We are know that hair salon is a place to do magic to change our appearance to our liking. But do you know that there are some things that we should also take note of before going to the salon?

Colouring of hair

We all know that the new hair colour my dye will not remain the same for long. Your hair colour will definitely fade. Ways to reduce the change will be dying a darker shade of the colour you want.

2. Choose colour that will not require you to bleach your hair as bleaching will hasten the speed of your hair colour changing.

3.Do not perm or do rebonding after you dye your hair as the chemical used will change/fade the colour of your hair.

4. The use of colour shampoo can actually slow down the speed of coloured hair fading.

Drying of hair

Using a hair dryer to dry your hair shouldn`t be an action that is only done in the salon. Wet hair leaves your hair cuticle open which will allow the hair colour to fade more easily.
Before drying your hair, we recommend using hair oil to moisturise and make sure not to over heat your hair.
