Here in art-noise, we have our own Chiffon perm that is used to create the styles that you see in this photo. The Chiffon perm is special perm that is unique to Art-noise that creates soft and big curls. The Chiffon perm is also especially good for those who have hair damaged from colouring services before. The multiple step technique used in the Chiffon perm is able to create huge curls that still feel soft to touch.

Another popular style is the Balayage Ombre colour. The balayage technique allows you to get a gradient colour that looks extremely natural. Combined this with our chiffon perm and you have a stylish and trendy style that is sure to make heads turn as you walk down Orchard road!
