Caring for a perm

We have many customers who get a perm at Artnoise and they do not know how to take care of their perm. Well, first of all, a perm is not going to give you perfect hair every morning, and a blow dry will be required if you want to leave the house with your hair looking amazing.

Here are some tips on how you should blow dry your hair after you get a perm.

Start drying from the roots of your hair and slowly work your way down
Avoid tugging your hair too much while drying. Excessive tugging/ and running your fingers through your hair too often will stretch your curls and they won’t be able to last as long as a result!
Using your fingers, twist your curls as you dry your hair
For bigger, fluffier curls, try to blow-dry your hair as much as possible (100% dry would be best!)
For gentler, wavy curls, you may leave the last bit of dampness to dry naturally.
