Drying your hair from the bottom
When drying your hair with a blow dryer, having the wind blowing upwards from the bottom is actually not recommended as it goes against the flow of the hair. It will result in a fizzy fluffy mess and also causes the hair to tangle easily. Though it may be a little tiring, do make an effort to lift the hair dryer and have the wind dry your hair from top down.

When your hair is wet, your hair cuticles are in an open state. Your hair is more prone to protein depletion in this state.
