Candidates who passed our employment examination will be hired at the position according to his/her skills and experiences.

Internal Education and Promotion System
We have an established internal education and promotion system for the persons who have strong intention to be professional hairstylists.
Senior staff will teach you how to do each assignment and what you should know for each assignment.
We have achievement test for each step. You can challenge the test whenever you are ready to do so.
You will be promoted when you clear the achievement test for the assignment of the position.
In addition to the above assignment, company will provide you the following curriculum for the beginners and the persons who want to step-up the skills and knowledges for the professional hairstylist.

| Third Year | Professional technique for basic hair-setting and up-style hair-setting, Other important ability for good hairstylist |
We strongly recommend our hair salon to the following persons.
- Assistant hairstylists who cannot be promoted to hairstylist for many years
- The persons who studied to be a hairstylist but cannot be confident to work as a professional hairstylist
- The persons who don’t know how and what they have to learn to be a hairstylist
- The beginner hairstylists whose performance is not good as expected
- The hairstylists who are getting not much repeaters
- The hairstylists who are getting not much appointments
- The hairstylists who have not gotten good increments
- The hairstylists who don’t know how to teach new staff the technique or customer service
- The hairstylist who are planning to have their own salon in the future but who are not familiar with the management
